基于专利的大数据技术发展情报分析及战略研究

摘要

According to the Chinese patent database of BaiTen web and the world patent searchable database of SooPAT, the paper analy-zes the trend of patent application quantity of China and some other countries in the world, the distribution of the applicants, patents legal status, and statistical comparison under the patent classification by IPC, draws conclusions about the big data technology status and its fu-ture development, and gives suggestions on the development strategy of big data technology in China.%利用佰腾网中国专利数据库,SooPAT新世界搜索数据库分别对关于大数据的中国和世界的专利进行检索,通过对中国及世界主要国家的专利申请量趋势、申请人区域分布、专利法律状态构成、专利分类技术IPC分类下的统计比较,分析大数据技术的发展研究现状,预测大数据技术未来发展,对中国大数据技术发展战略提出建议。
