情报学的核心概念、真正起源及逻辑起点研究

摘要

To promote China's Intelligence Studies to return to its core, focusing on exploring the theoretical basis for it, this research an-alyzed the existing problems and the reasons for them based on the literature review of the research findings about the essential questions such as intelligence concept, origin and logical starting point. The core concept was redefined with the information-knowledge-wis-dom transformation law as the applied scientific theory. The logical starting point of Intelligence Studies was restated using the wisdom view model which unified“Data Knowledge-Scheme Intelligence-Decision Execute” as theoretical support. The real origin of Intelligence Studies was analyzed by comparing the key contents of As We May Think and The Art of War. It was concluded that Intelligence Studies should be a discipline originated in The Art of War, with its logical starting point being“requirements of decision making-activate knowl-edge and scheme stratagem”, core element being “scheme”.%为了探寻推动中国情报学回归其核心的理论依据，在综述国内关于情报概念、起源及逻辑起点等本质问题的研究成果基础上分析了其中存在的问题及原因，最后以信息-知识-智能转化律为科学理论依据而重新定义了其核心概念，以统一“数知-谋情-决行”的智能观为理论支撑而论述了情报学逻辑起点，通过比较《诚如所思》和《孙子兵法》的内容重点而分析了情报学真正起源。认为情报学应当是以《孙子兵法》为真正起源，以“决策需求-知识激活而谋划策略”为学科逻辑起点，以“谋划”为核心要素的一门学科。
