国际移动支付领域专利技术态势研究

摘要

In this paper, over three thousand patent records on the mobile payment from DII were analyzed through the self-made pro-grams, TDA and Citespace in terms of quantitative measurement and visualization analysis. The results show that the most important cited patent documents are mainly from developed countries, nowadays the patent outputs of South Korea are plenty and the Samsung Electronics Company owns high patent productivity and strong international influence in the field of mobile payment. The mobile payment architec-ture, plan and agreement the electronic funds transferring and the payment by handheld devices are the main research areas, but the new re-search areas on the servers, user permissions/password system and mobile ecommerce are worth focusing on. China is developing rapidly in recent years, but China faces some problems on how to support research strength, improve the level of research and expand the interna-tional market.%利用自编程序、TDA、Citespace等工具，对来自德温特数据库中的3535条关于移动支付方面的专利文献记录进行了定量计量和可视化分析。研究表明，在移动支付领域，较重要的被引专利主要来自发达国家，但近年来韩国实力强劲，三星电子公司更是具有较强的专利生产能力和国际影响力；移动支付体系结构、方案、协议以及利用手持设备进行支付及电子资金转移等方面的专利文献较多，但有关服务器、用户权限/口令系统、移动商务等领域的专利研究，还需要引起各国的重点关注；我国在移动支付领域发展迅速，但还面临如何扶持研究力量、提高研究水平、扩大国际市场竞争力等问题。
