技术创新扩散动力对技术生命周期的影响--以我国运动鞋专利技术为例

     

摘要

Based on the data source of the People's Republic of China Intellectual Property Office and the European Patent Office on Chi-nese and foreign enterprises' sports shoes patent application since 2003-2012, applying the power of technology innovation diffusion dy-namic principle, and through factor analysis of the technology life cycle and descriptive statistics, the authors research on the relationship between power of technology innovation diffusion and patent technology life cycle of sports shoes in China. The results show that:Inde-pendent research and development ability is insufficient in China's sports shoes production enterprises;Patent alliance and R &D team of high performance has not been formed, leading to the power shortage of patent in China sports technology innovation diffusion. The for-mation of the invention patents in China sports shoes is too small, the utility model patent and appearance design patent is overmuch. Sports shoes patent technology life cycle is short in China.%以2003-2012年在中华人民共和国知识产权局申请的运动鞋专利申请、欧洲专利局部分国外企业运动鞋专利申请为数据来源。运用技术创新扩散动力基本原理、技术生命周期的系数分析、描述性统计,对技术创新扩散动力与我国运动鞋专利技术生命周期的关系进行研究。结论认为:我国运动鞋生产企业自主研发能力不足,对现有技术的消化吸收及第二次创新的能力较弱;专利研发联盟及高绩效研发团队尚未构成,导致了我国运动专利研发中技术创新扩散动力不足,形成了我国运动鞋专利研发中发明专利过少,实用型新和外观设计专利过多,运动鞋专利研发的技术生命周期较短。
