国际权威智库中定量分析工具的应用及特点研究

摘要

Focusing on the theme of science and technology intelligence, this article investigates into the quantitative analysis tools in McKinsey, Gartner and Stanford International Consulting Institution. The indicators, methodologies, models and software tools used by the three think tanks in their studies of science and technology R&D and macroeconomic environment during 2008-2013 are analyzed. From the perspectives of institutions, fields, applicable level and so on, the article analyzes these new tools. On this basis, this article summarizes the general characteristics of main quantitative analysis tools, providing some references for the development of the think tanks in China.%围绕科技情报主题，重点调研2008-2013年期间麦肯锡咨询公司、高德纳咨询公司、斯坦福国际咨询研究所这三个智库在科技研发和宏观经济环境研究中使用的指标、方法体系、模型和软件等定量分析工具，并从机构、领域、适用层次等角度分析这些新工具。在此基础上，总结主流定量分析工具的总体特征，为情报研究机构开展相关研究提供借鉴。
