试论国家情报体制的管理--基于美国情报界的考察

以美国情报管理体制为范本，介绍了情报管理体制的主要类型，阐述情报管理体制设计时的主要考虑，分析了9·11恐怖袭击后美国情报管理体制存在的主要问题。%Based on the case study of the management system of U. S. Intelligence Community, the paper elaborates the main types of the management system, analyses the main factors to consider when the system is designed. The paper also expounds the main challenges fa-cing the DNI after the 9/11 terrorist attack.
