虚拟社区用户知识隐藏行为影响因素研究

摘要

In the past decade, most studies were related to the user participation and knowledge sharing in virtual communities, while re-search on community members’ knowledge withholding behavior only got very limited attention. This study is an initial attempt to investi-gate the impacts of behavioral inappropriateness, situational constraints and knowledge sharing self-inefficacy on knowledge withholding behavior in a Q&A virtual community, and it explores the moderating effect of involvement on the relationship between knowledge withhol-ding and its antecedents as well. The findings of this study demonstrate that behavioral inappropriateness and knowledge sharing self-ineffi-cacy exert significant effect on knowledge withholding, and the moderating effect of involvement does exist in a significant way.%在过去的十多年中，大量的学者探究了虚拟社区中的用户参与、知识共享等行为，然而鲜有学者关注过社区成员的知识隐藏( Knowledge Withholding)行为。基于心理学研究框架，分析了影响用户知识隐藏行为的三个关键因素(行为不适当、情境约束和知识分享自我无效能)，并检验了用户卷入度(Involvement)在此过程中的调节作用。该论文基于实证研究框架，通过问卷调查的方法采集数据，并对研究模型进行检验。研究结果表明行为不适当和知识分享自我无效能两个变量与知识隐藏行为之间存在显著联系。同时，用户卷入度对三个影响因素与知识隐藏行为之间的关系存在显著的调节作用。该项研究对于如何避免虚拟社区用户的知识隐藏行为所带来的消极影响，鼓励用户积极分享，营造良好的社区知识共享氛围具有一定的指导意义。
