国家安全战略下的技术竞争情报研究及其发展趋势

摘要

In order to improve healthy development of theory and application research of technology intelligence in China. In this paper, from special view of international relation and national secutity strategy,first, we briefly introduce national security strategy,science and technology security, technology intelligence, between concept and correlation. Second, we study three important functions of national se-curity strategy in developing country about competitive technical intelligence. Finally, we discuss the development trend of competitive technical intelligence on national security strategy and management of science &technology safety in the future.%为推动我国技术竞争情报理论与应用研究的健康发展，从国际关系和国家安全战略的独特视角，在简要阐述国家安全战略、科技安全和技术竞争情报概念及其相互关系的基础上，对技术竞争情报在发展中国家安全战略中的三大重要作用进行深入研究，并就基于国家安全战略和科技安全管理的技术竞争情报研究趋势展开讨论。
