基于过程观的新企业知识资源整合模型构建

摘要

基于知识管理、信息资源管理、创业管理和战略管理理论，综合探讨在新创企业创业过程中知识管理活动是如何提升绩效的。首先，本文对新创企业知识内涵以及创业过程进行界定；其次，通过洞悉创业目标、知识管理以及创业能力之间的关系，提出了基于知识基础的概念模型，并以创业的动态学习视角为基础，阐释在创业过程的四个阶段知识管理活动是如何变化的，从而提出了基于过程观的新创企业知识资源整合模型；最后，对本文的研究内容进行总结并为本领域的未来的研究方向提出了建议。%We synthesize researches from knowledge management, information resource management, entrepreneurial management, and strategic management theories to investigate the performance-enhancing benefits of knowledge management activities throughout the entre-preneurial process of a new venture. Firstly, we define the knowledge content and entrepreneurial process of new venture; Secondly, through the analysis on the relationship among entrepreneurial objectives,knowledge management and entrepreneurial capacity,then we put forward the knowledge-based concept model,and we adopt a dynamic learning perspective of entrepreneurship to interpret how knowledge management activities change throughout the four phases of the entrepreneurial process,at last we put forward the new venture knowledge resource integration model based on process perspective;Finally,we conclude the article with suggestions for future research.
