越来越多的企业通过结网活动来获取分散在全球关键的资源，甚至包括重要的研发和市场资源，如海尔或苹果等大公司，这对传统的资源观将竞争优势来源局限于组织所拥有的资源这一关键性假设提出了挑战。而网络资源观作为桥接传统资源观和社会网络理论的新视角，为这些组织新现象提供了理论基础。为了更好地理解这一新视角，主要回顾了组织网络资源的理论基础和发展，介绍了其具体的解释机制，辨析了组织网络资源的内涵特征与实证维度，梳理了网络资源与嵌入性、社会资本、关系资本等相近概念的区别，最后对网络资源的未来研究给出了展望。以此，对目前网络资源观的发展做了总体的介绍，为其后续研究提供理论参考和借鉴。%With more and more firms build network to access and gain key resources,even including important R&D and market resources, that dispersed around the world,the key assumption of traditional RBV that firms gain competitive advantages from the resources owned by them is challenged. Network resources-based view bridges the traditional RBV and the social network theory and provides a theoretical foundation for the new organization phenomena. To better comprehend this new perspective,this study reviewed the theory background and development of organizational network resources,and also identified the mechanism and definition,attributes and operational realization of network resources. What's more,the study differentiated the similar concepts such as embeddedness,social capital,relational capital,and clarified the future direction of this research stream. The study offers a whole picture of the development of the network resources-based view and hopes to provide theoretical reference for future studies.
