with the big data of development, it has generated enormous publicity at home and abroad. It is the core problem for big data analysis, which must adopt effective and efficient processing and analyzing This paper adopts literature review method to study big data, which focus on contents such as analysis as a service,big data analysis methods and big data driven science after literature review and sum-marizing the practical development of big data analysis in China and other countries,then it comes up with five key challenges in big data analysis,such as data storage,weak data usability,data modeling,resource distribution,shortage of professional big data analytics tools and provides five countermeasures correspondingly,they are deploying cloud-based storage,promoting data usability,optimizing data analysis model,dispatching analytics resources,developing big data analysis platform.%大数据的快速发展引起了国内外的广泛关注和重视，对大数据进行科学有效地分析处理是大数据领域最核心的问题，通过文献综述从分析即服务、大数据分析方法和大数据驱动科学萌芽三方面对国内外大数据分析研究现状进行总结，提出了大数据分析领域数据存储、弱可用性、数据建模、资源调度和专业分析工具匮乏等五大重要问题，并有针对性地提出部署云存储技术、提升数据可用性、优化数据分析模型、弹性调度资源和研发大数据分析平台五个对策建议。
