国际学术期刊“把门人”视角下的大学学科评价研究--以计算机学科国际1573所大学为例

学术期刊编委被喻为期刊的“把门人”，其扮演着学术话语权控制者的关键角色。以国际学术期刊编委数量作为学科评价指标，选取计算机学科447本SCI期刊中拥有编委的1573所大学作为评价对象，构建出期刊把门人视角下的计算机学科排名并探讨该排名的特点。研究发现：我国名牌大学在拥有的国际期刊编委数量方面还与国外一流大学存在着一定差距；编委排名与大学学科综合排名、论文数量、总被引频次、h指数等单项计量学指标均存在着积极显著的相关关系。建议编委排名可作为学科综合排名的有益补充，完善目前的科研评价体系。%Being considered as the"gatekeepers" for scientific journals, editorial board members play an important role in controlling aca-demic discourse. Using a sample of 1573 universities where the editorial board members in 447 SCI journals of computer science come from, this study presents a subject ranking in computer science based on the journal gatekeepers view and discusses the characteristics of this ranking. The results suggest that there is a certain gap between the top universities in China and the foreign first-class universities;the ranking based on editorial board members are positively and significantly related to the comprehensive ranking, number of articles pub-lished, total number of citations and h-index of the subject respectively. Accordingly, the proposed ranking method could be used as a beneficial supplement to the subject comprehensive ranking in improving the present research evaluation system.
