我国产业智库运营机制分析--以日本经济产业研究所为例

摘要

[目的/意义]在我国一方面面临产业转型升级难题，一方面处于智库建设热潮的背景下，以日本代表性产业智库经济产业研究所为主要考察对象，分析其运营特点与建设经验，为我国产业智库建设提供参考。[方法/过程]采用案例研究方法，通过文献调研和网站调研收集数据，同时参考国际权威智库排名报告，对日本产业智库建设现状进行考察，并对日本经济产业研究所进行深入调查。[结果/结论]经济产业研究所在为日本产业经济发展提供智力支持的同时，获得了宝贵的建设经验，并取得了国际社会的广泛认可，这得益于其模块化的组织结构、灵活的管理模式及系统化、多形式的传播渠道建设。%Purpose/Significance] This paper investigated the experience of RIETIˊs development, with aim to provide references to en-hance the construction of think tanks with Chinese characteristics, also promote the industrial adjusting and upgrading. [ Method/Process] This paper adopts case study as the major method, collects data by literature review and website investigation, and refers to the latest global think tank index reports, in order to make the full view for Japanese industrial think tank and the deeply understand to Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry( RIETI) . [ Result/Conclusion] In the process of Japanˊs industry economic development, Japanese industry think tank gained valuable experience. As a representative of the industrial think tank, RIETI got its recognition in international communi-ty. This benefits from RIETIˊs scientific organization structure, management models and systematic conduit of dissemination.
