[目的/意义]虚假新闻日益泛滥，威胁健康的舆论环境与社会和谐稳定。把握新时代下虚假新闻产生与传播的新的特征与规律，有利于寻找其遏制途径。[方法/过程]本文选取“上海女孩逃离江西农村”事件，结合框架理论并采用内容分析法探讨虚假新闻的框架效应及形成与传播机制。[结果/结论]研究发现，虚假新闻的框架呈现出信源权威性、内容多元性、时序性特征，在选择与重组及自振与共鸣的框架化机制下，存在传受框架互为信源、引导社会舆论、反映社会问题的框架效果。虚假新闻受时效因素、社会因素、网络因素与情绪因素影响得以产生并不断传播，而在网络自净与官方证实的推动下走向消解。%Purpose/Significance] The rampant growth of false news threatens the health of the public opinion environment and social harmony and stability. Grasping the new characteristics and laws of the generation and dissemination of false news is helpful for finding proper ways to curb them. [ Method/Process] This paper selects"Shanghai girl fled Jiangxi countryside" event and uses the frame theory and the content analysis method to explore the framing effect and the formation and transmission mechanism of false news. [ Result/Con-clusion] The study shows that the framework of false news presents the following characteristics:authority of source,diversity of content and timing. In the framing mechanism of selection and recombination as well as vibration and resonance,there is the effect of providing source of framework,guiding public opinion and reflecting social problems. False news,as the result of the influence of aging factors,social factors,the network factors and emotional factors, will continue to spread after its creation, and the impetus of the network and official confirmation may help to promote their resolution.
