[ Purpose/Significance] The population aging degree in China is constantly deepening, an important technical foundation for solving the problem of aging society is the execution of technical innovation of gerontechnology, of which telemedicine is an important part, and grasping the frontiers in the field of telemedicine technology is very important for mastering the key technology of gerontechnolo-gy. The purpose of this paper is to make scientific research institutions, technology companies and government departments better under-stand the frontier development of this field. And it provides a useful reference for the scientific research institutions to implement technolog-ical innovation, the scientific and technological enterprises and the science and technology department of the government to choose the di-rection of research and development investment and to complete the advanced deployment. [ Method/Process] With the help of the fron-tier research detection model based on innovativeness and interdisciplinary and the scientific literature published in Web of Science, re-searchers identified the frontier in telemedicine based on gerontechnology innovation by examining the innovative characteristics and the cross-disciplinary characteristics of the frontier. [ Result/Conclusion] The analysis shows that the frontier problems in this field are main-ly around five aspects, including remote nursing, smart home, fall detection, activity of daily living ( ADL) , and comprehensive assess-ment of physical and mental state of the aged.%[目的/意义]我国人口老龄化程度不断加深，解决老龄社会问题的重要技术基础是实施福祉技术创新，远程医疗是老年福祉技术的重要组成部分，把握该领域研究前沿，对于占领老年福祉技术创新的制高点至关重要。本文研究目的在于使科研机构、科技企业、政府科技部门更好地了解这一领域的前沿发展状况，同时为科研机构实施技术创新、科技企业和政府科技部门选择研发投资方向和完成超前部署提供有力参考。[方法/过程]为此，使用基于创新性和学科交叉性的研究前沿探测模型，从Web of Science采集数据，通过前沿的创新性特征和学科交叉性特征，针对面向老年福祉技术创新的远程医疗领域的前沿主题进行识别。[结果/结论]分析发现：该领域的前沿问题主要围绕在对老年人的远程看护、智能家居、跌倒检测、日常生活活动能力( ADL)、身体及精神状态的综合评估的研究五方面。
