移动学术虚拟社区知识流转的影响因素研究

摘要

Purpose/Significance] It is of great significance to promote not only the efficient knowledge transfer but also academic ex-change and innovation in a mobile academic virtual community. We analyzed the influence factors of knowledge transfer in such communi-ties. [ Method/Process] By analyzing the characteristics and process of knowledge transfer in mobile academic virtual community, we built the influence factors model from four dimensions of members, knowledge content, context and community platform, partial least squares ( PLS) was used to verify and analyze the model. [ Result/Conclusion] The results show that both the knowledge content and the commu-nity members have a significant impact on knowledge transfer;the effect of knowledge content on knowledge transfer is more significant;situation positively affects the community members and knowledge content; community members have a significant impact on the content of knowledge; and community platform has a positive impact on community members. At last, we put forward some corresponding sug-gestions.%[目的/意义]探究移动学术虚拟社区知识流转的影响因素，对推动移动学术虚拟社区知识高效流转，促进学术交流与创新具有重要意义。[方法/过程]通过剖析移动学术虚拟社区知识流转特性与过程，从社区成员、知识内容、情境和社区平台等维度构建影响因素模型，利用偏最小二乘法( PLS)对模型进行验证与分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明，知识内容和社区成员均对知识流转具有显著影响，且知识内容对知识流转的影响更为显著，情境正向影响社区成员和知识内容，社区成员对知识内容具有显著影响，社区平台正向影响社区成员，并提出相应的建议。
