[目的/意义]菲律宾南海仲裁案事件虽然已过去一年,但该事件中网络舆情所呈现出的网络社会心态依然值得反思.[方法/过程]基于南海仲裁案国内网络舆情和网民阅读行为的大数据分析,对南海仲裁案舆情的发展过程进行梳理,研判国内主流媒体的议程设置,分析南海争端事件中不同社会心态在互联网上的表征.[结果/结论]研究发现,网民面对南海争端事件,受主流媒体议程设置影响显著,其网络行为及社会心态呈现集群化、戏谑化、自我强化的特征.网络空间中的社会心态受到民粹主义与民族主义社会思潮的深刻影响,基于事件过程中网民话语和行为的大数据分析,我们可以窥见转型社会中网络社会心态的多元复杂.在类似的民族主义网络舆情事件中,网络空间"众声喧哗"的背后,隐藏着不同思潮暗潮涌动的躁动不安.%[Purpose/Significance]Although the arbitration case in the South China Sea has been past for one year,it is still worth rethin-king the network social mentality presented by the network public opinion in this event.[Method/Process]This study is based on the big data analysis of the network public opinion and the reading behavior of the netizens in the South China Sea arbitration case. The study re-viewed the development process of the public opinion of the arbitration case in the South China Sea,studied the agenda setting of the Chi-nese mainstream media, and analyzed the characteristics of different social mentality on the Internet in the South China Sea dispute.[Re-sult/Conclusion]The study found that netizens are significantly affected by the mainstream media agenda setting in the South China Sea dispute,their network behavior and social mentality acted as clustered,jocosity and self-strengthening. The social mentality in cyberspace is deeply influenced by the thoughts of populism and nationalism. Based on the big data analysis of Internet users'discourse and behavior in the event, we can see the complexity of the network social mentality in the transition society. In the similar nationalism network public opinion events, what remains behind the heteroglossia in the cyberspace, is the dysphoria and unsteadiness in the different trends of thought.
