[目的/意义]情报共享问题是世界各国所面临的普遍难题,"9.11"事件之后,美国高度重视情报共享问题探究.基于历史演进视角的美国情报共享研究有助于为我国公安机关情报共享与相关部门协同合作开启新思路.[方法/过程]通过解读美国情报共享战略文件等公开资料,立足于历史演进视角对美国不同时期所提出的"犯罪情报共享""情报融合""情报透明"理念进行分析,梳理明确美国情报共享的历史发展轨迹.[结果/结论]参照美国情报共享经验和理念,我国公安情报改革可以在打造情报共享战略框架、制定情报共享隐私政策与标准、理顺情报共享关系脉络、强化情报共享保密等方面寻求实现公安情报多源共享的新突破.%[Purpose/Significance]The issue of information sharing is a common problem faced by all countries in the world. After the"9.11" incident,the United States attaches great importance to the exploration of information sharing. Based on the historical evolution,the US information sharing research is conducive to China's public security organs to share information and cooperation with relevant depart-ments to open new ideas.[Method/Process]Through the interpretation of the US information sharing strategy documents and other public information,based on the historical evolution of the United States at different times,the paper makes concept analysis on"criminal intelli-gence sharing","information fusion" and "information transparency",and puts forward the idea about the historical development of in-formation sharing.[Results/Conclusion]With reference to the experience and idea of American intelligence sharing,China's public secur-ity intelligence reform can seek to realize new breakthroughs on sharing public security information in the aspects of creating strategic sha-ring framework,formulating privacy policy and standard of intelligence sharing,rationalizing the relationship between information sharing and strengthening confidentiality of information sharing.
