社交媒体政治传播的国际研究议题、特征与启示

摘要

[目的/意义] 通过梳理当前社交媒体政治传播国际研究的相关议题﹑研究热点﹑关键结论与主要特征,为我国相关研究提供经验参考并指明未来方向,推动我国社交媒体政治传播理论构建与实践进程.[方法/过程] 通过在Web of Science数据库检索数据﹑查阅期刊收录情况﹑下载全文和人工阅读摘要几个阶段,共获取112篇探讨社交媒体政治传播的国际文献.进而采用文献研究法,以议题分类的方式对112篇文献进行归纳﹑整理与述评.[结果/结论] 社交媒体使用对日常政治参与﹑竞选投票以及社会运动的影响是社交媒体政治传播国际研究中讨论最多的三类议题,相关内容涉及社交媒体使用对政治参与的影响因素与影响效果﹑社交媒体对竞选投票的预测作用与情感动员﹑社交媒体在社会运动中的作用方式与历史流变.国际上对于社交媒体政治效果的评价长期呈现出二元对立态势.未来研究应当充分发挥多种研究方法搭配使用的合力优势,注重多平台对比分析,并突破社交媒体政治影响的两方争论,将关注点放在如何发挥社交媒体在政治进程中的正向功能上.%[Purpose/Significance] The purpose of this study is to provide empirical reference and specify the direction for the China's fu-ture social media political communication related research by classifying the relevant topics,research hotspots,main findings and main fea-tures of international research on social media politics.Meanwhile,this research can also promote the construction and practice of China's social media political communication theory.[Method/process] By retrieving data from the Web of Science database,searching Journal level,downloading full text and reading summary,a total of 109 international literature on social media political communication were ob-tained.And then the researchers used the literature research method to classify,summarise and comment on the 109 literature by topics. [Result/Conclusion] The impact of social media use on day-to-day political participation,the impact on the election and the impact on social movements are the three most discussed topics in the international research of social media political communication.The related con-tent involves the influencing factors and influencing effects of social media use on political participation,the predictive function and emo-tional mobilisation of social media in campaign voting,and the function and historical change of social media in social movement.Interna-tional evaluation of the political effects of social media has long shown a dual opposition.The future research should give full play to the advantage of the coordinate application of multiple research methods,focusing on multi-platform comparative analysis,and breaking through the two sides debate on social media political impact.On this basis,the future research should focus on how to play the positive function of social media in the political process.
