[Purpose/Significance]To cope with American technology export control against China, the research studied the industry com-petitive intelligence demand, and formed services sample based on the semiconductor industry, then provided reference for both theoretical research and practical service work in the competitive intelligence field. [Method/Process]Taking semiconductor industry as an example, using methods of literature research, case studies, questionnaire and interview synthetically, major research problems are studied, which include industry competitive intelligence demand, current situation, information source, and process of formed competitive intelligence services etc. , typical industry competitive intelligence products are introduced as sample services. [Result/Conclusion]Concerning the is-sue of research responding to foreign technology export control against China in a specific industry, the demand is strong, and new industry competitive intelligence services are feasible. Studies on the problems about user's demand and services will extend theoretical research ho-rizon, and will midwifery new competitive intelligence services in China.%目的/意义 深入到代表性具体产业,研究发现应对美国对华技术出口限制的产业竞争情报用户需求,提供示范性的产业竞争情报服务产品样例,为深入开展应对美国对华技术出口限制的产业竞争情报需求与服务研究提供参考.[方法/过程 聚焦半导体产业,使用文献资料研究、案例分析、问卷调查、专家访谈相结合的方法,研究了应对美国对华技术出口限制的产业竞争情报用户需求、存在问题、产业竞争情报服务产品供给现状、产业竞争情报源、产业竞争情报服务产品的形成过程、产业竞争情报主要供给者的供给重点,基于半导体产业的产业竞争情报服务产品需求特点,示范性提供了围绕基础信息的本底情报、基于动态信息的专题研究情报、以美国出口管制技术中与光刻机有关的受限技术分析为例的专题研究情报三类代表性产业竞争情报服务产品样例.[结果/结论 深入到具体产业,开展应对美国对华技术出口限制的产业竞争情报需求与服务研究,既能拓展深化产业竞争情报用户需求理论研究,又能推进现实需求强烈的创新性产业竞争情报服务业务的开展,具有理论与实践双重价值.
