RAC-指数—提升科研人员影响力评估公平性的新指标∗

目的 意义 基于H指数,引入一种新的学术影响力的评估指标,以提高量化评估的科学性、公平性.[方法/过程]基于作者贡献差异改进RA指数,将通讯作者和其他作者贡献考虑在内,以图书情报领域研究人员为实证对象检验RAC指数的评估有效性,详细比较RAC指数与H指数的异同点. [结果/结论]RAC指数考虑作者贡献,作者区分度高,可以筛选出高贡献、高影响力的科研人员,与其他评估指标的相关性较强. RAC指数的评估结果更为合理公平,可以作为一个独立的评价指标.%The purpose of this research is to help improve the fairness and rationality of the quantitative evalua-tion of researcher′s academic impact by introducing a new assessment index based on H-index. [Method/ProcessIntegrating the contri-butions of reprint author and other authors into index, the research improves RA-index based on the contribution difference of authors. An empirical study using 50 researchers′citation data from Web of Science proves the evaluation effectiveness of the proposed RAC-index, and the comparison of the RAC-index and H-index is presented. [Result/ConclusionThe result shows that the discrimination of RAC-index is better than H-index, it can select out high contribution and high impact researchers. RAC-index can be used as an independent indicator to evaluate the researchers.
