基于角色理论和QFD方法的生态产业链利益相关者治理关键因素分析

摘要

本文分析了生态产业链利益相关者共同治理思想，基于角色理论，提出基于治理角色的生态产业链利益相关者治理理论，分析了市场导向型和行政导向型两大类生态产业链治理因素。借鉴质量机能展开（QFD ）面向顾客需求思想和演绎分析技术，将治理因素和生态产业链绩效目标相对应，通过重要度变换，确定生态产业链关键治理因素，并进行了比较分析。%〔Abstract〕 Firstly , stakeholder co-governance concept for eco -industrial chain is presented . The theory of stakeholder gover-nance based on governance role is proposed . Governance factors for market -oriented eco -industrial chain and administration -oriented eco-industrial chain are individually analyzed . Secondly , with the customer -oriented idea and deductive analysis technique of quality function development , governance factors and performance indexes for eco -industrial chain are correlated . With the importance change , the crucial governance factors for eco -industrial chain are determined . Finally , the differences of crucial governance factors for the two types of eco-industrial chains are studied .
