京津冀地区雾霾成因与综合治理对策研究

摘要

This paper firstly reveals time and space characteristics of haze in Beijing -Tianjin-Hebei region , analyzes the results of haze source apportionment in the three cities and evaluates the key sources of pollution . Then it explores the influence factors of haze from the aspect of economic development , energy structure , industrial structure , transportation , etc , and researches the internal driving force of haze based on the DPSIR model . Finally it puts forward feasible and comprehensive control countermeasures of haze according to goals and tasks of governance in Beijing -Tianjin-Hebei region .%本文揭示京津冀地区雾霾的时间及空间变化特征，对北京、天津、河北的雾霾源解析结果进行分析，对重点污染源进行评价；从经济发展、能源结构、产业结构、交通运输等方面探讨雾霾的影响因素，基于DPSIR模型对雾霾产生的内在驱动力进行研究；根据京津冀地区雾霾治理目标任务，提出切实可行的雾霾综合治理对策。
