制造商激励、供应商参与与新产品竞争力相关性实证研究

     

摘要

The supplier involvement is a kind of formation of new product development in China, but there are many defi-ciencies in the implementation process. Manufacturer encouragement is the origination to promote supplier involvement and enhance new production competitive. From the viewpoint of trust and commitment, the relevant research among manufacturer encourage-ment, supplier involvement and new product competitive may reveal the microscopic excitation path and mechanism of supplier in-volvement in new product development, and finds the existing problems in manufacturer incentive, and then put forward the opti-mize direction, in order to further provide theory reference to improve the new production development efficiency. The study finds that the improvement of manufacturer commitment is the key factor and the promotion of market competitiveness is the main goal.%供应商参与是我国企业新产品开发的一种主要形式,但在实施过程中存在诸多不足之处.制造商激励是促进供应商参与并增强新产品竞争力的本源.本文对制造商激励、供应商参与、新产品竞争力的相关性进行解析,从信任和承诺的视角揭示了供应商参与新产品开发的微观激励路径和机理,发现了制造商激励中存在的问题,进而提出了我国企业供应商参与新产品开发的优化方向,为进一步提高供应商参与新产品开发的效率提供了理论借鉴.本研究发现:制造商承诺的改进是关键,市场竞争力的提升是主要目标.
