Objective To analyze the role of methylated CpG binding protein 2 in gastric cancer and its relationship with multidrug resistance in gastric cancer. Methods A total of 67 patients with pathologically diagnosed gastric cancer were enrolled in this study. The expression of CpG - Binding Protein 2 and multidrug resistance in gastric cancer patients were statistically analyzed. Results Methylated CpG-2 was overexpressed in gastric cancer tissues and its expression level was closely related to tumor stage and tumor metastasis. The expression level of methylated CpG-2 in patients with stage I and II was much higher than those in patients with stage III and IV, the statistical analysis showed that P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The expression level of CpG-Binding protein 2 in gastric cancer patients is relatively low, which is closely related to the stage of the disease. Also has the effect of inhibiting multidrug resistance.%目的:针对甲基化CpG结合蛋白2在胃癌患者中的表达情况以及与胃癌细胞多药耐药性的具体关系作用加以分析.方法:本次研究共纳入67例均已经病理检查确诊的单纯胃癌患者作为样本,分析纳入患者甲基化CpG结合蛋白2的表达情况以及对胃癌细胞多药耐药性的关系进行统计学研究.结果:甲基化CpG结合蛋白2在胃癌组织中呈高表达,且表达水平与患者肿瘤分期以及肿瘤转移情况具有密切的相关关系,且在I、Ⅱ期患者中的表达水平远高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者,统计分析显示P<0.05,差异具备统计学意义.结论:甲基化CpG结合蛋白2在胃癌患者中的表达率相对较低,且与患者病症分期存在有密切关联,同时更存在有对多药耐药性进行抑制的效果.
