十种中药提取物与抗生素合用对铜绿假单胞菌最小抑菌浓度影响的体外实验

         

摘要

目的:探讨黄芩、黄连等十种中药对铜绿假单胞菌的影响.方法:乙醇回流法、碱提法、常压加热煎煮法分别处理黄柏、黄芩、槐花、连翘、防己、黄连、苦参、穿心莲、蛇床子、麻黄等十种中药材;平板打孔法观察各中药提取物的抗菌活性,比较提取物单用或与抗生素合用后最小抑菌浓度的变化.结果:经黄芩或黄连提取物处理后,氨苄西林、头孢他啶的最小抑菌浓度降低.结论:黄芩、黄连可增加铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林和头孢他啶的敏感性.%Objective To observe the effects of ten traditional Chinese drugs extracts on Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro. Methods Ethanol refluxing, alkali extraction and boiling method at Atmospheric pressure are applied to extract the constituents of phellodendron, Astragals, Flos Sophorae, Farsythio, Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, Coptsir root, Radix sophorae flavescentis, Herba Andrographis, Cnidium seed and ephedra, individually. Disk diffusion method was used to compare the minimal bacteria-inhibiting concentrations (MIC) in vitro, and whether the Sensitivity of organism to Antibiotics can resume after the treatment of traditional Chinese drugs. Results The MIC of antibiotics (ampicillin or ceftazidime)decrease obviously after treated Pseudomonas aeruginosa with Astragals or Coptsir root extracts. Conclusion Astragals, Coptsir root can enhance the sensitive of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ampicillin or ceftazidime.
