高度仪测杆挠度对曲轴拐径的测量误差分析

摘要

采用微电脑高度仪检测大型细长曲轴曲拐径时，为了减小因高度仪移动产生的系统误差，需要根据细长曲轴本身的特性以及曲拐径的特点，加长高度仪测杆，设计出合理的检测方案，从而实现细长曲轴拐径检测的目的。%To measure the crooked crutch of large slender crankshafts based on Microcomputer Altimeter, in order to reduce the system error due to the movement of the Microcomputer Altimeter,a reasonable measurement program is needed to be designed and the measuring bar of the Microcomputer Altimeter is needed to be lengthened,according to the features of the crankshaft and it′s crooked crutch.Through the reasonable the detection scheme,the measurement of the long and slender crankshaft′s crooked crutch can be realized.
