基于大众点评网数据的餐饮空间分布及影响因素研究——以武汉市中山大道改造沿线为例

     

摘要

With the " Internet plus" era, the Internet has deeply influenced modern catering industry, provides a new channel for the research and development of the catering industry. Through the network crawler technology, we obtained the relevant data information from website of Dianping, and then used the ARC GIS nuclear density analysis tool to simulate the overall distribution pattern of the catering space along the Zhongshan Avenue. On this basis, the catering space of the region was compared and analyzed from the angle of the cuisine, the consumption grade and the reputation star. The result showed that the catering space along the Zhongshan Avenue was centered on the Jianghan Road subway station, and presented the " soil " distribution along the two sides of the road. The combination of group and band distribution appeared, and the spatial distribution pattern of food and beverage was influenced by six factors: economic development level, regional cultural influence, population distribution, traffic convenience and spatial pattern evolution.%随着"互联网+"时代的来临, 互联网深刻地影响着现代餐饮业, 为餐饮业的发展和研究提供了新的渠道.通过网络爬虫技术, 从大众点评网获取相关数据信息, 再运用ARC GIS核密度分析工具, 模拟出中山大道改造沿线餐饮空间总体分布格局.在此基础上, 再从菜系、消费档次及口碑星级的角度对该区域餐饮空间进行具体比较分析, 进而研究其影响因素.结果表明, 中山大道改造沿线餐饮空间以江汉路地铁站为中心, 沿道路两侧大致呈现"土"字形分布, 其整体以组团式和带状分布相结合的方式出现;餐饮空间分布格局受经济发展水平、地域文化影响、人口分布状况、交通便捷程度以及空间格局演变六大因素综合影响.
