以十八大精神为指引推进新建本科院校青年辅导员师德建设

摘要

At present,there are many problems of teachers'morality construction of the counselors in the undergraduate colleges in China.Taking the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress to guide the morality construction of counselors in the undergradu-ate colleges has great significance on improving the quality education in the undergraduate colleges.This paper firstly analyzes the problems existing in the construction of young counselors and then further explores that we should take the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress to guide the morality construction of young counselors in the undergraduate colleges.%当前我国本科院校辅导员师德建设工作存在不少的问题，以党的十八大精神引领本科院校辅导员职业师德建设，对提高本科院校素质教育有非常重要的意义，本文先分析本科院校青年辅导员师德建设存在的问题，进而分析以十八大精神为指引推进新建本科院校青年辅导员师德建设。
