财政支出与经济增长关系的实证分析——以地方政府广西为例

摘要

本文通过建立简单C-D扩展函数,对广西壮族自治区1987-2009年的政府公共财政支出、外商直接投资、劳动力资源与经济增长的关系经验分析,得出地方政府公共财政支出能够促进地区经济增长,政府财政支出每提高1%,就能够促进GDP提高0.46%,并且外部经济的投资也能够促进经济增长。%This article established a simple C-D spread function of the Guangxi region,the 1987 to 2009 government public expenditure,foreign direct investment,labor resources and economic growth experience and analysed the local government public fiscal expenditure which can promote regional economic growth.The results show that government expenditure＇s 1% GDP increase can promote and external economy 0.46% investment which also can promote economic growth.
