高校实施本科生导师制功能定位的建议

         

摘要

The tutorial system,which so far has the history of more than 600 years,has been regar-ded as Oxford University crown's Jewel.With the spread and evolution of this system,it is easy to find that people have witnessed its transformed function and added value.However,in 21st century,in or-der to improve the talents quality,tutorial system has been carried out blindly in many colleges and u-niversities accompanied by many problem such as vague function orientation,absence of operation mechanism and improper match between teachers and students.Nowadays,it is essential to orientate the function of tutorial system scientifically and implement different tutorial systems in different colle-ges and universities.%本科生导师制被誉为牛津大学皇冠上的宝石,迄今为止已有600多年的历史,它的历史演变与传播伴随着功能的蜕变与价值提升。进入21世纪,为了提高人才培养质量,国内众多高校争相实施导师制,然而实施过程中出现功能定位不清、运行机制缺失和生师配比高等诸多问题。当前,认清高校自身的层次和人才培养目标,实施符合校情的导师制,科学定位导师制的功能是非常必要的。
