论文运用录像统计（国家队专用机位）的方法，结合FIVB公布的数据，对第30届奥运会中国女排所有比赛主要进攻战术运用效果进行分析，并与对手进行横向对比研究。结果表明，中国女排发球得分率较平稳，没有明显优势；扣死率较往年有所提高但比强劲对手还有明显差距；快攻达不到“快速多变”的要求且战术相对单一，缺少创新；拦网水平急剧下滑，虽然占据身材高大、弹跳好等诸多优势但效果不明显。建议：发球方面应以“拼发球”战术为主；在扣球方面应追求“快速多变”作为主要进攻战术，在此基础上发展“高举高打”进攻战术并根据我国女排自身的特点打出自己的风格，敢于创新；在拦网方面应充分利用身高、弹跳等优势，并加强拦网预判能力的培养。%Paper uses the video statistics (team dedicated seats ) approach that combines FIVB data released on the 30th Olympic Games Chinese women's volleyball tournament all major analysis of the effects Offensive Tactics and transverse comparative study with opponents . Research results :Chinese women's volleyball ace rate relatively stable , there is no obvious advantage ;deduction increased death rate than in previous years , but there are obvious gaps than rival ;rush up to “fast -changing”requirements and tactics relatively simple , lack of innovation;blocking levels dropped sharply , although occupying tall , good bounce and many other advantages but the effect is not obvious . Suggestions :Serve aspects should “fight ball” tactics based;aspect in spiking should pursue “fast -changing” as a major offense , on the basis of development , “holding high -dozen”offensive tactics and according to China's own characteristics play volleyball own style , innovation;aspect should be fully utilized in the block height , bounce and other advantages , and strengthen the ability to predict block .
