Chinese overall national security view has surpassed the American security concept , the new cold war thought pattern of“zero sum” and “single winning” since the end of the Cold War , pursuing the absolute security goal of a single super power and the limitation of maintaining the national security in the way of sustaining its super power position . It is a multi thinking mode of non “zero sum”and mutual benefits and win-win to understand the national security , putting forward the new security objectives of building the harmonious world , achieving the common security and creating the community of destiny , and also advocating to safeguard the national security with joint , comprehensive , cooperative and sustainable security .
