当前大学生学习和闲暇生活存在问题及引导对策研究

As the main campus life of the undergraduates, the study and leisure life play a decisive role in the life quality of students and the talent cultivation in colleges and universities. In view of the existing problems in students' study and leisure life, this paper analyzes the strategies and methods of guiding student to plan their study and leisure life properly, so as to improve the quality of ideological and political education and the quality of tal-ents cultivation in colleges and universities.%大学生的学习和闲暇生活是其大学生活的核心内容，大学生学习和闲暇生活质量高低直接决定着大学生活的品味和层次，也决定着高校人才培养质量。因此，在及时洞悉当前大学生学习和闲暇生活存在问题的基础上，深入研究引导大学生合理安排学习和闲暇生活的实施对策和实践路径，对提高大学生学习和闲暇生活质量，进一步改进大学生思想政治教育工作，最终提高高校人才培养质量有极其重要的理论意义和现实意义。
