This study presents a detailed report of an action research implemention and makes a detail study of the Strategies-based Instruction(SBI) on college English reading,the aim of which is to solve the problem of reading inefficiency for college students.The research result indicates the importance of SBI in language teaching and learning,and the students can read more actively and consequently the reading abilities can be improved.%本文是一篇行动研究报告,旨在利用SBI模式对学生进行阅读策略培训以提高学生的英语阅读能力。与同类研究相比,本文旨在突出用行动研究的方法对SBI教学模式在大学英语教学中的应用所进行的研究。研究结果表明,通过以策略培训为基础的外语教学(SBI)实践,学生们对阅读策略的掌握有了明显提高,主动使用策略的意识明显增强,促进了阅读能力的发展。
