黏蛋白6在正常胆囊黏膜、胆囊腺瘤及胆囊癌中的表达及意义

摘要

目的 探讨黏蛋白6(MUC6)在正常胆囊黏膜、胆囊腺瘤、胆囊癌组织中的表达率,以及MUC6在胆囊癌中的表达与其组织学分化、淋巴结转移、病理类型的关系.方法 收集正常胆囊组织标本60例、胆囊腺瘤60例以及胆囊癌60例,进行MUC6免疫组织化学染色,结合病理图像,了解其在正常胆囊组织、胆囊腺瘤、胆囊癌中的表达情况.结果 MUC6在正常胆囊黏膜组织的阳性表达率为95%,在胆囊腺瘤中表达率为60%,在胆囊癌组织中表达率为15%,三者比较存在统计学差异(P=0.0001).MUC6在胆囊癌组织中的表达率与胆囊癌组织学分化、淋巴结转移有相关关系(P=0.0001),但与胆囊癌组织学分类未见统计学相关性(P=0.327).结论 本研究提示,MUC6的表达在胆囊癌的发生中起重要作用,根据其表达差异或可作为早期筛查胆囊癌的指标.%Objective To investigate the expression of Mucin 6 (MUC6) in normal gallbladder mucosa, gall-bladder adenoma and gallbladder carcinoma, and to explore the relationship between the expression of MUC6 in gallbladder carcinoma and the histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis and pathological types of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods A total of 60 cases of normal gallbladder tissue, 60 cases of gallbladder ad-enoma, and 60 cases of gallbladder carcinoma were collected in this study. MUC6 expression in normal gallblad-der tissue, gallbladder adenoma and gallbladder carcinoma were analyzed with immunohistochemical staining, combined with pathological images. Results The positive expression rate of MUC6 in normal gallbladder tissue was 95%, the expression rate of it in gallbladder adenoma was 60%, and the expression rate of it in gallblad-der carcinoma was 15%. There was significant difference among three kinds of tissues (P=0.0001). The MUC6 expression rate in gallbladder carcinoma was correlated with histological differentiation and lymph node metas-tasis (P=0.0001), but the MUC6 expression rate in gallbladder carcinoma had no significant correlation with the histological classification of gallbladder carcinoma (P=0.327). Conclusion The expression of MUC6 may play an important role in the development of gallbladder carcinoma. This study suggests that the expression of MUC6 may be used as an indicator for early screening of gallbladder carcinoma.
