完善我国国民收入再分配制度的思考

摘要

At present, the income distribution gap is obvious in China, and the redistribution system of national income aim-ing at social equality is not perfect. In the paper, the author discusses the necessity and the significance as well as the thought to complete the redistribution system. And then, ways are put forward based on the following principles:the equal stress on efficiency and fairness, the equality of opportunity and social assistance, the justice upholding, the balance of the increasing income redistribution budget with the economic development and the responsibility between the government and individuals and the stress on the effect of basic economic system on income redistribution.%　　目前我国收入分配差距较大，以社会公平为目标的国民收入再分配制度尚不完善。从完善我国国民收入再分配制度的必要性、意义及思路进行论述，提出效率与公平并重原则、把握好机会平等与社会救助原则、坚持正义原则、收入再分配支出随经济发展不断增长和政府与私人责任均衡原则、重视基本经济制度对收入再分配的影响等完善再分配的思路。
