董仲舒的忠孝理论与汉代忠孝伦理制度

摘要

Great Unification situation has been formed in Han Dynasty. In order to adapt to such a political situation, philosophers of Han Dynasty integrate the moral and ethical concepts in the beginning of Han Dynasty. In this innovation process, Dong Zhongshu plays an important role, giving a new interpretation of the reasonableness of loyalty and filial piety with the conepts of heaven and isomorphism theory of home and country. Thus, the ethical success of loyalty and filial piety in Confucianism rise as the state ideology of the Han Dynasty, as well as a universal ethical beliefs in later Chinese community.%　　汉代，大一统的局面已经形成，为了适应这一政治局面，汉代经学家对汉初道德伦理观念进行了理论性整合，在这一理论创新过程中，董仲舒发挥了重要作用，他利用“天”的观念和“家国同构理论”，对忠、孝的合理性做出了新的解释，使儒家所提倡的忠、孝伦理成功上升为汉代的国家意识形态，同时也为汉代及以后的中国社会提供了一种全民的伦理信仰。
