The commercial secrets are practical and can give obligee economic value.Every state protect the commercial secrets by law.Tender is a commercial secret,which is often ignored.China protects tender from violating by law,so as to effectively regulate the iniquity phenomenon in bidding process.%商业秘密具有实用性,能给权利人带来经济价值。各国法律都对商业秘密进行保护。标底是商业秘密的属性常常被忽视。我国为标底提供了严密的法律保护,通过保护标底不受侵犯,来有效地规范招标过程中存在的不法现象。
