However, is the overall introduce the Chinese system devel-opment broad road? For this problem, we need to keep a sober mind.%　　德国是大陆法系最具代表性的国家，研究其侦查权的司法控制机制，对完善我国侦查权的监督控制机制具有重要意义。但是全盘引入德国的侦查权司法控制机制，是否走的就是中国制度发展的康庄大道？对于这个问题，我们需要保持清醒的头脑。
