可持续发展是当前中国最为重要的发展战略,其中关键就是实现经济发展生态效率的改进.为此采用非参数统计方法和科学的统计指标,运用数据包络分析方法定量探析了河南相对无效的生态效率,进而采用相关分析等统计方法,寻求了影响河南生态效率的关键因素——技术和生产要素投入比例等方面的情况,最终结合河南自然、社会和经济条件,从低碳经济模式、产业结构、经济结构方面提出了改善河南生态效率的发展途径.%Sustainable development is one of the most important strategies in China, and improvement of eco-efficiency in economy development is the key point. The relative eco-efficiency in Henan Province was quantitively analyzed by data envelopment analysis ( DEA) and non-parametric statistics methods based on a scientific statistic index in this paper. Then the key factors influencing eco-efficiency in Henan Province, such as technology and inputs proportion, were evaluated by correlation a-nalysis method. At last, developing way of improving eco-efficiency in low-carbon economy, industrial and economic structure was suggested based on natural, social and economic conditions in Henan Province.
