为探究开关磁阻电机在转矩脉动控制方式下的电磁振动,采用控制电路和有限元分析相结合的方法,模拟仿真了实际工况下电机的振动特性,并进行了实验验证.首先有限元分析了开关磁阻电机的机电特性,建立了转矩分配函数控制方式;然后将该脉动控制方式下的电路参数,作为开关磁阻电机磁机械耦合有限元数值模型的输入,获得电机转矩脉动控制下的振动特性;最后实验验证了该模型方法的正确性.本文研究对设计综合性能优良的开关磁阻电机具有十分重要的意义.%The electromagnetic vibration characteristics of a switched reluctance motor under torque ripple control at ac-tual operating conditions were investigated by Finite element analysis considering control circuit parameters. Firstly,the electromechanical characteristics of the motor were analyzed and the torque sharing function for Torgue ripple control was established.Secondly,circuit parameters under torque ripple control mode were used as inputs of the electromagneto-me-chanical coupled FEM model for vibration analysis.Finally,the validity of the model was confirmed by comparison with experiments.The research in this paper is of great significance for designing a switched reluctance motor with excellent comprehensive performance.
