益气养阴活血通络方对糖尿病肾病患者糖、脂代谢及血流变的影响

摘要

目的：基于中医学“同病异治”理论，探讨益气养阴活血通络方对糖尿病肾病患者不同分期证型间糖、脂代谢及血流变的影响。方法：120例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组及研究组各60例，对照组予厄贝沙坦片口服治疗，研究组在此基础上辨证加用中药口服，治疗3个月，比较两组治疗前后及两组之间空腹血糖、血脂、血流变的变化。结果：与本组治疗前比较，对照组甘油三酯、全血黏度高切变率（200／s）、血浆黏度水平明显降低（ P ＜0．05）；研究组空腹血糖、血脂、全血黏度及血浆黏度均明显降低（ P ＜0．05），且效果优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：益气养阴活血通络方可以明显改善糖尿病肾病患者糖、脂代谢紊乱，改善血液的高黏高凝状态，临床疗效确切。%Objective:to explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Fang on blood glucose, lipid metabolism and blood rheology of DN ( diabetic nephropathy) patients of different types at different stages, on account of “Same Disease Different Treat-ments” theory in TCM.Methods:120 DN patients were randomly divided into control group and study group.The former were treated with Irbesartan tablets and the latter with Chinese drugs taken orally in addition.Three months later, the changes of fasting blood glu-cose, fat and rheology were compared between the two groups before and after treatment respectively.Results: before and after treat-ment, triglyceride, high shear rate of whole blood viscosity (200/s) and plasma viscosity of control group decreased significantly ( P<0.05);Of study group, the fasting blood glucose, blood fat, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity decreased significantly ( P<0.05), which were superior to control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Fang can improve the glu-cose and lipid disorders of DN patients, and improve the high viscosity of the blood coagulation state, with clinical curative effect.
