赵玉庸教授治疗肾病综合征经验研究

摘要

Nephrotic syndrome is a common clinical primary glomerular disease. Professor Zhao Yu-yong,based on years of clini-cal experience,thinks that the disease is caused by the combination of internal and external factors; the external cause lies in wind-cold,dampness-heat and sore-toxins while the internal cause lies in the functional disorder of zang-fu organs. The nature of the disease is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality. Treatment should be combined with hormone at different stages, resisting the side effects and improving the curative effect,according to the pathological types and syndrome differentiation for satisfactory results.%肾病综合征为临床常见原发性肾小球疾病,赵玉庸教授根据多年临床经验,认为本病发病为内外因相合,外因责之于风寒湿热疮毒等,内因为脏腑功能失调,病性本虚标实,治疗配合激素分阶段治疗,拮抗其副作用,提高疗效,并采用针对病理类型及辨病治疗方法,获满意疗效.
