For the current situation of automatic transmission technology which is applied to small cars,the paper proposes a concept that electromagnetic slip clutch achieves stepless speed regulation of small cars, describes its technical principle and feasibility, and analyzes the mechanical properties of electromagnetic slip clutch. The article also proposes mathematical modeling technology,structures software and hardware design platform with C and 32 microcontrollers for the electronic control system of electromagnetic slip clutch. Finally, it confirms the research value of electromagnetic slip clutch for the step less speed regulation of small cars.%针对目前应用于小型汽车的自动变速技术现状。提出利用电磁滑差离合器实现小型汽车无级调速的理念。阐述了其技术原理和可行性,分析了电磁离合器的机械特性,提出了对电磁滑差离合器电控系统的数学建模和运用C语言及32位微控制器搭建软、硬件平台的关键技术。肯定了电磁滑差离合器对小型汽车无级调速的研究价值。
