文化资源优势转变为产业优势的对策——以秦皇岛市为例

     

摘要

Cultural development in qinghuangdao has demonstrated a truth : creative thinking played a critical role. But compared to its cultural resources, Qinhuangdao is left with larger space to develop faster. To better and further de velop its cultural industries, it is urgently needed to implement more strategies in divergent thinking, defamiliariza tion, aesthetic principle, satisfaction and happiness principle, mass fashion needs, as well as in the advocate from "Made in China" to "Created in China". Those strategies are expected to realize more employments out of one kind of resource, and the key lies in the conversion of cultural resources into industries.%秦皇岛市的文化发展实践表明,创意思维起了至关重要的作用。但是,相对于其拥有的文化资源来看,秦皇岛市文化产业仍有较大拓展空间。要想实现文化产业向纵深发展这一目标,需要通过求异思维、陌生化原理、审美原则、满足和快乐原则、大众时尚需求,从“中国制造”到“中国创造”等多种方法策略的实施,实现文化资源的“一源多用”,才能切实把文化资源优势转化为产业优势。
