矽钢片变尺剪切控制系统的设计

         

摘要

Silicon steel sheet is an important material for the production of transformer,and the shearing precision directly affects the conversion efficiency of transformer.Factories usually use cold-rolled silicon steel with thickness of 0.35 mm,and then cut it into the required shape and size according to the actual needs.Therefore,it's essential to produce the silicon steel sheet variable scale shear machine with high precision and efficiency.The article designed the silicon steel sheet shearing machine control system,and applied sensors,PLC,touch screen,frequency control of motor speed and servo control technologies into the control system.In order to reduce the error,the system used the method of constant error to control the delivery speed.Accomplishing the variable scale and group shear with high precision and speed,the design meets the assembly requirements of the transformer.%矽钢片是生产变压器的重要材料,其剪切精度直接影响变压器的转换效率.工厂一般选用0.35 mm厚的冷轧矽钢片,按照实际需要将它裁成所需的形状和尺寸,因此生产高精度、高效率的矽钢片变尺剪切机至关重要.本研究对矽钢片剪切机的控制系统进行了设计,将传感器、PLC、触摸屏、变频调速及伺服控制等技术应用于控制系统.为了减小误差,系统采用了按定值误差控制送料速度的方式,能够实现高精度、高速的变尺与成组剪切,满足了变压器的各项装配要求.
