There were some problems such as the dispersed planting, low yield per unit, unreasonable varieties structure, low high quality rate, backward processing and package, and stable market. The suggestions were put forward including taking effective measures, introducing, breeding and popularizing high quality varieties, supporting leading enterprises, cultivating brand, developing market, establishing and perfecting service system to ensure the minor crops production construction and overall raise the market competitiveness of minor crops products.
