A stage-structured prey-predator system with time delay and Holling type IE functional response was investigated. Sufficient conditions were derived for the local stability of the positive equilibrium point and the existence of Hopf bifurcation. Numerical simulations were carried out to illustrate these conclusions.%研究了一类具有阶段结构及时滞的HollingⅢ功能反应函数捕食系统,得到了系统正平衡点为局部稳定性的条件,并给出了Hopf分支存在性的充分条件,最后利用数值模拟验证了所得出的结论.
