MWCNT纳米纸/形状记忆聚合物复合材料导电性能研究

         

摘要

为了研究通过亲水性薄膜抽滤形成三维自组装多壁碳纳米管( multi-walled carbon nanotube,MWCNT)纳米纸的合成方法,并将纳米纸与形状记忆聚合物复合制备成热敏性电致驱动的导电纳米复合材料。通过将纳米管均匀分散,并控制压力采用真空抽滤方法获得纳米纸。采用高倍扫描电子显微镜观察纳米纸的结构和形态,显微照片显示多壁碳纳米管纳米纸具有连续紧密的网络结构并具有高导电性。试验结果表明:在测试温度范围内,纳米纸的电阻率随着温度的升高而逐渐下降;并且在恒定直流电作用下MWCNT纳米纸形状记忆聚合物复合材料由弯曲状恢复为平板状。%In order to research a method for synthesizing the three-dimensional self-assembled multi-walled carbon nanotube ( MWCNT) nanopaper on the hydrophilic polycarbonate membrane, the nanopaper and the shape-memory polymer were combined to make the electrically-conductive nanocomposite induced by electrically resistive heating. A nanotube was scattered evenly and the pressure was controlled and the vacuum leaching method was applied to obtain the nanopaper. A high-powered scanning electronic microscope was used to observe the structure and shape of the nanopaper. The microscopic photos showed that the MWCNT nanopaper had a continually close network structure and high electric conductivity. The results of the experiment showed that the resistivity of the MWCNT nanopaper decreased as the temperature increased. In addition, under a constant DC voltage, the shape-memory polymer nanocomposite recovered from a bending shape to a flat plate shape.
